Why does my browser's back button work intermittently?
UPS Internet Shipping maintains your shipment data throughout your shipping transaction. In order to secure and avoid any loss of your shipment data and provide for a smoother shipping process overall, you should not use the browser's back button but instead use the navigational elements within the Web page, such as the buttons on the UPS tool bar and text links.
