What if I forget or lose my password for My UPS?
  1. If you forget or lose your password, select the Forgot User ID or Password link below.
  2. Enter your User ID and E-mail and select Submit.
  3. UPS will e-mail you a temporary password.
  4. You will be required to change your password upon your next log-in to My UPS.
  5. My UPS will prompt you to provide a new password. Note that your password is case-sensitive.
  6. Select Change Password to update.

Note: You will receive an e-mail notification verifying that your password has been changed.
