What is the difference between a Pickup Address and a Ship From Address?
The Pickup Address or Location refers to the Pickup Address that is associated with your account number. This may be different than your Ship From address, which is saved in your My UPS profile.

You can review or modify the Pickup Address through the Account Maintenance application, which is available for select accounts from the My UPS Account Summary.

To modify your Ship From address, log into My UPS and select Profile from the area at left. The Ship From address is the street address you indicated in the Contact Information section.
