Door-to-Door Returns
Establish a closer "one-to-one" relationship with your customers by delivering "door-to-door" service. You can arrange for UPS arrival at your customer's location to collect a return. Not only will you have the assurance that the returned item is on its way, your customers will likely reward you for your responsiveness with more business.

Returns Plus Simplifies the Returns Equation



1 UPS Pickup Attempt, referred to as UPS 1 Attempt Returns Plus in Europe, Middle East, and Africa - A UPS driver will make one attempt to pick up the return package. If unable to pick up the package, our driver will leave the label for your customer. Your customer can then take his or her package to any drop-off location including The UPS Store, Mail Boxes Etc., Authorized Shipping Outlet or a UPS drop box.

3 UPS Pickup Attempts, referred to as UPS 3 Attempts Returns Plus in Europe, Middle East, and Africa - A UPS driver takes a return label to the pickup location and picks up the package. If your customer's package cannot be picked up, our driver will attempt to collect the package on each of the next two business days.

As with all UPS Return services, your company is not billed for the transportation until the package is delivered.

You can use UPS Returns® Plus if you're shipping through UPS WorldShip®, UPS Internet Shipping, UPS CampusShip®, UPS Returns Technology, or UPS OnLine®-compatible shipping systems, where available. Saturday delivery is also available for Returns with several of our transportation services.
