Add Multiple Users to Your UPS Shipping Account
"Divide the task. Multiply the success." It's an adage that small business owners know well. That's why UPS is introducing a simple, efficient way to help you share a UPS shipping account with employees.

After you've opened an account, you can add up to five users to your shipping account in the "Maintain Your UPS Account" section under the My UPS tab. Add or remove them as your business or staff changes and feel confident that your Authorised Users will take care of your business shipping needs when you're not available.

If you're in meetings, on the road or in the air, or simply too crunched for time to handle shipping, your Authorised Users are empowered to do so, allowing you to focus on what's important: moving your business forward.

Infrequent Shipper? It's Not Complicated.
If you only ship occasionally, you don't have to register or open a shipping account. Just select the Create a Shipment link and ship as a guest using your payment card.  When you're done, if you decide you want to save the entered information, you can still create a My UPS ID to save a few keystrokes the next time you ship. Logging in with a My UPS ID will also enable you to track your shipment and see when we've made the delivery.

You may need a UPS account if you ship often or require additional services such as:

  • Daily or regularly scheduled package collection
  • A weekly invoice from UPS
  • The ability to order UPS supplies
  • Bill shipping charges to another business

Managing Your UPS Invoices Just Got Easier with the UPS Billing Centre
The UPS Billing Centre is a comprehensive electronic billing and payment solution that enables you to view, manage, and pay your UPS invoices from a single, secure, online location.

The UPS Billing Centre gives you the ability to:

  • View and download your invoice information days before you would receive paper invoices.
  • Pay online using one-time payments or automatic payments. 
  • Determine who can view or pay invoices by using the administrative function to control access to UPS invoice information.

WorldShip Enhances Display of Detailed Rating Costs
The latest version of WorldShip® lets you access details for value-added services and other charges like transportation costs, fuel surcharges, and accessorials. You can also now view published and contractual rates on the shipping screen, allowing you to better calculate your cost savings.

The latest version of WorldShip also offers a new ribbon-style toolbar. Tools, editors, and other functionality have been grouped for a more intuitive navigation, making it easier to use WorldShip.
