Viewing Recent Shipments
Your shipping history allows you to view shipments you've created over the past 90 days. You can view shipment details, including package information and shipping charges. You can also use your history to void shipments made within the last 90 days, intercept shipments within the U.S. and Puerto Rico, and initiate shipments using shipping information from a previous shipment as your starting point.

How To View Your Shipping History
  1. Log in to My UPS.
  2. Select the Shipping tab at the top of the page.
  3. Select Create a Shipment in the area at the left, and then select View History or Void Shipment.
  4. Select the number of days to view for your shipping history. You can select one day, seven days, 30 days, or Custom Date Range.
  5. If you select Custom Date Range, you will need to select the month, day, and year for the Start Date and End Date. The Start Date cannot be earlier than 90 days prior to today.

    Note: Select the Change Shipping History View link to go to the Shipping Preferences page and choose the categories you wish to view in your history.

How To Export Your Shipping History
You can export the contents of your Shipping History table to a comma separated value (.csv) file on your computer.

  1. Log in to My UPS.
  2. Select the Shipping tab at the top of the page.
  3. Select Create a Shipment in the area at the left, and then select View History or Void Shipment.
  4. Select the number of days to view for your shipping history, and sort the information if desired.
  5. Select Export Current View.

    Note: When you do not have history information to export, the Export Current View link does not display on this page.

  6. Select the option to save the export file to disk.
  7. Select a directory location and file name.

How To Re-ship a Package
Re-shipping allows you to use shipping information from a previous shipment as your starting point for shipping a new package. Follow these steps to re-ship a package.

  1. Log on.
  2. Select Shipping in the area at the top.
  3. Select Create a Shipment in the area at the left of the page, then select View History or Void Shipment.
  4. Select the radio button next to the desired shipment.
  5. Select Ship Again.
  6. Review and modify any shipment information.
  7. When satisfied, select Ship Now to complete the new shipment.

How To Void a Shipment

Follow these steps to void shipments made within the last 90 days:

  1. Log in to My UPS.
  2. Select the Shipping tab at the top of the page.
  3. Select Create a Shipment in the area at the left, and then select View History or Void Shipment.
  4. Select the radio button next to the shipment you want to void.
  5. Select Void Shipment.
