For any version of Microsoft® Internet Explorer (IE) we recommend that you open a single browser. Multiple browsers can interfere with UPS Internet Shipping and can create problems maintaining our shipping transaction If you are using an IE version below the minimum system requirements (IE 5.0 SP2 and up) and are experiencing slow or sluggish performance we recommend upgrading your browser to the latest IE version available. Also, Active X must be enabled on all versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer.
If you are receiving intermittent browser error messages like "unable to connect to server," these upgrades will be effective. To upgrade use the automatic upgrade feature in the IE Help menu.
We recommend that you close any unnecessary applications, clear out your browser's memory cache or add more memory to your PC.

We have identified several Apple configurations which will work with UPS Internet Shipping. Please try your current configuration and if you have problems try one of the following configurations:
- Mac OS X, Internet Explorer 5.1, HP printer and driver for Mac.
- Mac OS 8.5, Internet Explorer 5.0, HP printer and driver for Mac.
- Mac OS 8.5, Netscape 6.2+, HP printer and driver for Mac. (Note: The label will print vertically on the page.)
- Mac OS 8.0, Netscape 6.2+, AppleWriter Personal LaserWriter 300 printer and driver. (
Note: The label will print large, so set the print reduction to 75 percent.)

UPS has successfully tested UPS Internet Shipping with AOL® 8.0 with Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5+, Netscape® 7+, and Mozilla® 1.0.1+. UPS recommends this configuration for AOL users.
AOL users may need to use a different browser than the one included with AOL. To do this simply minimise AOL after an Internet connection has been made and start a new browser, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator/Communicator.
