My Billing Analysis Tool reports display incorrect data. What could be wrong?

If reports display incorrectly, first make sure you are viewing a billing data file provided by UPS. If you have previously opened the data file in other applications, added or deleted columns, or otherwise changed the data file, these actions could cause the tool to display incorrect data. Also, confirm that the report criteria you entered (the start and end dates) are accurate. Third, go to the Management Reports tab in the tool and select the Consolidated Billing Summary report. That report should match your paper bill or PDF invoice.

How can I upgrade to the new version of the Billing Analysis Tool?

To upgrade to the new version of the Billing Analysis Tool, you should complete the steps listed below prior to downloading the new version:
- Save (archive) all old UPS Billing Data files.
- Uninstall the current version of the tool.
- Contact your UPS Account Representative to re-register you.
- Install the new version of the Billing Analysis Tool.
- Import archived data files back into the new Billing Analysis Tool.
