How do I void a return shipment?
After logging into My UPS select Create a Shipment on the Shipping tab. Then select View History or Void Shipment. To void the return within 24 hours select today's date. If the shipment you want to void does not appear in your history wait several minutes and refresh the screen. To void a return under 90 days select 30 Days in the Show History for Last drop-down menu.

Locate the return shipment to be voided, select the radio button next to the shipment and select Void Shipment. The return shipment (all packages in that shipment) will be voided and a red dot will appear next to the return shipment.

You may void a return package from your shipping history only within 24 hours of processing the package. To void a shipment after 24 hours contact your local UPS customer service office.
