If you forget or lose your password, follow these steps:
- If you forget or lose your password, select the Forgot User ID or Password link below.
- Enter your User ID and E-mail and select Submit.
- UPS will e-mail you a temporary password.
- You will be required to change your password upon your next log-in to My UPS.
- My UPS will prompt you to provide a new password. Note that your password is case-sensitive.
- Select Change Password to update.
Note: You will receive an e-mail notification verifying that your password has been changed.
