The UPS Billing Centre does not provide a confirmation number for payments scheduled through the UPS Billing Centre. However, you can confirm if a payment has been scheduled or completed.
To confirm a payment has been scheduled through the UPS Billing Centre:
- Select the Payment tab.
- Scheduled Payments will appear on the right side of the page.
To confirm a payment has been completed:
- Select the Payment tab.
- Select the Payment Activity tab.
- Complete the Search Criteria as appropriate, including selecting Paid from the Status drop down.
Note: Paid invoices also can be viewed from the Invoice tab.
You can also create an e-mail preference so that you are notified when payments are scheduled or successfully completed. |
