What is the function of the Summary tables in Quantum View Manage?
For Outbound, Inbound, Third Party and Imports views, the Summary table allows you to sort and re-order table data, and use filters to reduce the amount of shipment information displayed in your view. In addition, the Summary table for these views provides data specific to that view:

  • The Summary of Outbound Shipments table provides an at-a-glance status of all shipments you have shipped.
  • The Summary of Inbound Shipments table provides an at-a-glance status of the shipments to be delivered to you within the next seven days and a summary of those shipments that do not have a scheduled day of delivery.
  • The Summary of Third Party Shipments table provides an at-a-glance status of shipments shipped by others on your behalf.
  • The Summary of Import Shipments table provides an at-a-glance status of import shipments. The table displays a summary of Import Account Numbers, estimated transportation charges, total duties, total taxes, and total fees

The Summary table in the Combined view allows you to select what type of shipment data to include in Shipment Details. Choices include outbound, inbound, and third party shipments.
