Checking Collection Status
Checking Collection Status
Follow these simple steps to check the status of your collection request:

  1. Select Shipping in the area at the top.
  2. Select Schedule a Collection in the area at the left, then select Collection Status.
  3. Enter your Collection Request Number and select Submit. This number was displayed when you initially submitted your collection request.
  4. Select Modify Collection if you need to change any information. You will then see the updated status of your collection request, and all related previously entered information.
  5. Select Cancel Collection to cancel the original collection request.
