UPS Billing Data Gives Customers Control
Press Release

UPS service helps analyse and allocate shipping expenses faster and easier

BRUSSELS, February 6, 2006 - UPS (NYSE:UPS) today announces UPS Billing Data, a unique billing information service that not only provides a billing summary by post, but also allows customers to electronically receive UPS billing information in an easy-to-use format via email. The customer benefit: no cumbersome bills and less filing.

UPS Billing Data is, however, much more than a simple e-version of a customer's old paper invoice. Aside from using it to easily review costs, customers also can export the data to a program using the UPS Billing Analysis Tool, which allows them to organise and view expenses by department, location, service or any other selected criteria, and rapidly generate a suite of reports.

"UPS Billing Data helps our customers improve their business processes," says Renzo Bravo, Senior analyst, Technology Marketing, UPS Europe. "The Billing Analysis Tool allows customers to more easily and effectively examine every aspect of their shipping and billing expenses, which in the end helps them keep a tighter reign on costs and run their business more efficiently."

With this service, UPS is unique in the European market by offering a total billing solution for all its customers. UPS Billing Data is now available to clients in their local language in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom and in English for customers in Norway and Portugal. Customers can enrol for UPS Billing Data at www.ups.com.

UPS is the world's largest package delivery company and a global leader in supply chain services, offering an extensive range of options for synchronising the movement of goods, information and funds.
