How do I void a shipment?
Follow these steps to void shipments made within the last 90 days:

  1. Log in to My UPS.
  2. Select the Shipping tab at the top of the page.
  3. Select Create a Shipment in the area at the left and then select View History or Void Shipment.
  4. Select the radio button next to the shipment you want to void.
  5. Select Void Shipment.
