How do I void a shipment?

Follow these steps to void shipments made within the last 90 days: Log in to My UPS. Select the Shipping tab at the top of the page. Select Create a Shipment in the area at the left and then select View History or Void Shipment. Select the radio button next to the shipment you want to void. Select Void Shipment.
