UPS Returns on the Web is a contractual service that utilizes UPS OnLine® Tools to enable your customers to print return labels directly from your company's retail Web site.

Instructions
- Your customer navigates to the Web site from which the merchandise was purchased.
- The customer makes a request to return the merchandise and provides the required information.
- The request generates an on-screen return label, complete with full instructions.
- Your customer prints the label and applies it to the package.
- The customer can either deliver the package to UPS in any convenient way (UPS location, authorized location, UPS drop box, etc.), or arrange to have UPS collect it.
- The package is returned to the location specified by the online retailer.
Note: The maximum declared value for Returns is US$1,000 and US$50,000 for Returns Plus 3 Attempts.
