Service Delays Expected in Japan

Collection and delivery service has resumed in eastern Japan, including in the prefectures of Iwate, Miyagi and Fukushima. Some areas still remain affected by service suspension.

Photo ID Requirement at Retail Shipping Locations
Effective 7 December 2010, where local laws permit, customers shipping at any retail shipping location will be required to show a valid, officially recognised photo ID, or they will not be allowed to use UPS services.
