My UPS offers enhanced features for Tracking such as on-line Proof of Delivery (P.O.D.). With Proof of Delivery, you can find out what time a package arrived at its destination and generate a P.O.D. letter for your records using the Internet. To request Proof of Delivery, please follow the instructions below:

Proof of Delivery Instructions
If you are not logged on, log on to My UPS. Select Tracking. Enter a UPS Tracking Number in the Tracking Number field. Select the Tracking button below the New Tracking Numbers input fields. Choose the Detail button on the Tracking Summary page. Select the Proof of Delivery button on the Tracking Detail page. The Delivery Notification page will display.
