How can I change the e-mail address that receives UPS PDF Invoice notifications?
UPS PDF Invoice notifications are sent to the e-mail address listed in your My UPS profile. To change the e-mail address that receives a notification when a new UPS PDF Invoice is available, update the e-mail address in your My UPS profile. 

To change the e-mail address in your My UPS profile:

  1. Log in using your My UPS ID and password.
  2. Go to My UPS.
  3. SelectManage My UPS.
  4. Select Profile.
  5. In the E-mail field, enter the e-mail address where you would like to receive the UPS PDF Invoice notifications.
  6. Select the Update.

Once your My UPS profile has been updated with the new e-mail address, your PDF Invoice notifications will be sent to the new e-mail address.
