UPS PDF Invoice notifications are sent to the e-mail address listed in your My UPS profile. To change the e-mail address that receives a notification when a new UPS PDF Invoice is available, update the e-mail address in your My UPS profile.
To change the e-mail address in your My UPS profile:
- Log in using your My UPS ID and password.
- Go to My UPS.
- SelectManage My UPS.
- Select Profile.
- In the E-mail field, enter the e-mail address where you would like to receive the UPS PDF Invoice notifications.
- Select the Update.
Once your My UPS profile has been updated with the new e-mail address, your PDF Invoice notifications will be sent to the new e-mail address.
