UPS Exchange Collect, our international Collect on Delivery (C.O.D.) service, offers a fast, secure and simple payment alternative for international trade. This service minimises the dependency, cost and complexity involved with Letters of Credit, Documentary Collections or third-party service providers.
- Accelerates cash flow and assures that payment is made before delivery
- Ideal for shipping to customers that pay slowly, or not at all
- Shipments can be made from 60 countries and territories worldwide
- Available for shipments to 18 destinations: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, the Netherlands, Puerto Rico, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, the United Kingdom and the United States
- Not available for shipments between EU countries

UPS Exchange Collect is available to customers who use UPS shipping software, or host-to-host EDI systems.
