Your My UPS Profile contains the name and address from your My UPS Registration. Each time you process a new shipment with the Create a Shipment application, the shipper name and address and the ship-from location will default to this information. You can permanently modify the name and address in your My UPS Profile as necessary.
How To Edit Your Profile
- Log in to My UPS.
- Select Profile from the My UPS tab rollover menu.
- Modify the profile information.
- Select Update.
