For your billing convenience, we will also post a 90-day fuel surcharge history. The Standard services surcharge will be based on the last week of the month average consumer prices of diesel fuel, inclusive of duties and taxes from two months prior. Weekly updates are published by the European Commission Directorate General for Energy and Transport in the Oil Bulletin.
