Expecting a Delivery?
Track your shipment and follow these tips to receive your shipment the first time we try to deliver it.

Have a Hassle-Free Delivery
Get Delivery Support
Simply enter the InfoNotice number either in the Tracking section of your country's homepage or directly in the Track Packages & Freight section of UPS.com. When you track your shipment, you'll know the exact date to expect it. If you won't be available, you can choose from these options to receive your shipment:

  • If a signature is required, have the shipment delivered to a neighbour who will be available.
  • Arrange to collect your shipment at a UPS Customer Centre.
  • Reschedule your delivery for a day when you'll be available to receive it.
  • Have your shipment delivered to a different address.

When Your Driver Leaves a UPS InfoNotice
Learn About the UPS InfoNotice
If you're not present when your driver attempts to deliver a shipment, you'll receive a UPS InfoNoticeSM. At the top of the InfoNotice, you'll see the date it was left and whether it was the first, second, or final attempt. If UPS is unsuccessful with all three delivery attempts, we will hold the shipment at a nearby UPS facility for five days before returning it to the sender. C.O.D. shipments will be returned to sender the same day as the final delivery attempt is made.
