Take Control of Your Shipping Costs
UPS Billing Data offers the best way to provide visibility into, and take control of, your shipping expense information. When your invoice is ready, UPS sends an e-mail to up to five addresses of your choice. A link in the e-mail allows recipients to securely download your billing data.
To quickly and easily analyse your charges, UPS offers the downloadable Billing Analysis Tool. The tool works with your billing data to quickly produce insightful reports that support your business processes. By offering a variety of shipping expense summaries and subtotals, which can be arranged by your company's cost codes, by UPS service, shipping method, and more, the tool makes reporting UPS shipping information fast and simple.
The tool is available in two versions: a version for owners of Microsoft® Access that can be customised for your company's needs; and a standard version that, while not wholly customisable, does not require you to own Microsoft Access.

- A single data file contains UPS shipping information for each of the account numbers you choose to enroll
