As an international shipper, you know how time-consuming it can be to complete the required paperwork to process an international shipment. That's why we offer the option of using UPS Paperless(R) Invoice, which allows you to electronically transmit your trade data to UPS. Now, we're making it even easier for you to maintain control over when you use paperless shipping. You can now manage your paperless shipping lane preferences on a per-shipment basis to allow more user flexibility, or you can continue to set access at the company level to maintain control. The choice is yours.
We've also increased the length of Declaration Statements to 550 characters, so you can provide more relevant detail. And now you can save up to 10 different statements. This saves you time by allowing you to reuse statements without having to retype all the information for each new shipment.
Enrolling in UPS Paperless Invoice is simple. Depending on your account origin, you may be able to self-enrol online, or you can contact your UPS representative to guide you through the application process. |
