Voiding a Shipment
No matter which UPS shipping system you use, voiding an unshipped package is easy.

UPS WorldShip
Select Void at the top of the main WorldShip® shipping screen, select the package to void from the pickup log, and then select Void a second time. If you have already run End of Day, selecting Void a second time will transfer you to the UPS.com Void a Shipment tool to complete the void process. Please note that WorldShip will not automatically mark these packages voided, but you can mark them manually from within the pickup log.

If more than 90 days have passed since you created your label, you must contact UPS to request a void. A void will not be processed after 180 days.

After You Receive Your Bill
If an unshipped package appears on your UPS Delivery Invoice within 90 days of creating the label, please refer to the appropriate shipping system above for voiding instructions. If more than 90 days have passed since you created your label, you must contact UPS to request a void. A void will not be processed after 180 days.
