UPS: Viewing Collection History

You can review previous collections, and modify or cancel new collection requests on the Collection History page. You can also request a collection using information from a previous collection.

Follow these steps to access your Collection History:

Select Shipping at the top of the page.
Select Schedule a Collection in the area at the left.
Select Collection History.

For each collection, you will see:

The date the shipment was collected.
The Collection Request Number, which is linked to details about that collection.
A description of the collection.

You can select the number of collections displayed on the Collection History page from the Display per Page dropdown menu.
