Severe weather causes delays in Germany and Austria
Flooding has caused significant disruption to UPS collections and deliveries in upper Austria and the provinces of Salzburg, as well as Bavaria and Baden-Wurttemberg in South Germany and Saxonia and Thuringia in North East Germany.

Service Delays Expected in Japan

Photo ID Requirement at Retail Shipping Locations
Effective 7 December 2010, where local laws permit, customers shipping at any retail shipping location will be required to show a valid, officially recognised photo ID, or they will not be allowed to use UPS services.
