What is On-Call Collection?
An On-Call Collection can be scheduled any time, Monday through Saturday, for ground, air, and international packages in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. In Canada and the United Kingdom, On-Call Collection service is available Monday through Friday. You can request that your shipment be collected at your home or office simply by scheduling your collection online at ups.com or by calling UPS directly (in the U.S. and Canada, you can call 1-800-PICK-UPS®).

You will be charged for each On-Call Collection request. Rates will differ based on whether the collection is the same day or a future day. Note: Daily Collection customers receive one On-Call Collection of Air or International packages per day at no extra charge for shipments tendered after the scheduled collection time at their usual shipping location.
