How can I change the e-mail address that receives UPS Billing Data file notifications?

UPS Billing Data notifications are sent to the e-mail address listed in your My UPS profile. To change the e-mail address that receives a notification when a new UPS Billing Data file is available, you will need to update the e-mail address in your My UPS profile.

To change the e-mail address in your My UPS profile:


  1. Log in to My UPS.
  2. Select Manage My UPS.
  3. Select Profile.
  4. In the E-mail field, enter the e-mail address where you would like to receive the UPS Billing Data notifications.
  5. Select Update.

Once your My UPS profile has been updated with the new e-mail address, your UPS Billing Data notifications will be sent to the new e-mail address.
