The best way to get started with the Billing Analysis Tool is to refer to the Quick Start section in the User Guide. You can download the User Guide from the Download Billing Analysis Tool page on ups.com.

To download the User Guide:  

  1. Select Support tab at the top of any page on ups.com
  2. Select Billing and Payment from the left navigation menu
  3. Select Download UPS Billing Analysis Tool from the How To section
  4. Scroll to the table that includes the User Guide for download
