What is the difference between a Collection Address and a Ship From Address?
The Collection Address or Location refers to the Collection Address that is associated with your account number. This may be different than your Ship From address, which is saved in your My UPS profile.

You can review or modify the Collection Address through the Account Maintenance application, which is available for select accounts from the My UPS Account Summary.

To modify your Ship From address, log into My UPS and select Profile from the area at left. The Ship From address is the street address you indicated in the Contact Information section.
