Modifying a Collection Request
Modifying a Collection Request
To make changes to a collection request you previously submitted, follow these steps:

  1. Select Shipping in the area at the top.
  2. Select Schedule a Collection in the area at the left, then select Collection Status.
  3. Enter the Collection Request Number for the collection you would like to modify and select Submit. This number was displayed when you initially submitted your collection request.
  4. Select Modify Collection on the View Collection Status page.
  5. Make the desired changes to your collection request.
  6. If you are modifying a collection request for UPS 3 Day Select or UPS Ground, you will be required to re-enter the Tracking Number and payment method for each package.
  7. When you are finished modifying your collection request, select Next. A confirmation page will be displayed verifying the changes you made to the collection request.
  8. Print this confirmation page for your records and for future reference.
