Better Allocate Shipping Charges Close the billing gap by requiring a reference number from employees each time a shipment is processed. The reference number can be a customer/client number, a cost code or some other internal department number.
Control Shipping Costs UPS CampusShip® helps you control mailroom costs by reducing or eliminating the need to process shipments in a centralised mailroom. In addition, shipping costs can be controlled through the Administration feature, allowing selected users limited access to shipping options.
Reduce Costly User Errors With shared address books and address validation, you no longer need to re-type information and can avoid mistakes leading to service charges or undeliverable packages.
Improve Customer or Client Service The UPS CampusShip address validation verifies the accuracy of the street, city, state and postal code of the Ship To address so that shipments are timely (available only in the U.S.). E-mail shipment notification informs receivers and third parties when shipments have been initiated, when they are scheduled to be delivered, or if there are delays, so you can avoid those "where is my order" calls and keep your customers informed.
