How To Enrol in UPS Paperless Invoice

To enrol online, you'll need the following: A My UPS ID A UPS account number A digital image of your company letterhead (8in./20.32cm x 1.6in./4cm) A digital image of your signature (0.5in./1.3cm-1in./2.5cm x 3.75in./9.5cm) After you log in to your account, you should have all of the items noted above ready for upload. You will also be asked to accept the UPS Paperless Invoice Letter of Agreement. Once your enrolment process is completed, you'll be able to ship with UPS Paperless Invoice within 24 hours. Enrolment may require authentication of your account, in which case, billing invoice details will be requested. Follow the link below to the Maintain Your UPS Account page, where you can select an account and enrol immediately, or manage your account settings.
