Change Your Delivery
InfoNotice Makes Changes Easy
UPS InfoNoticeSM is a powerful tool that links all shipments for your delivery stop to one unique barcode/reference. You can use your UPS InfoNotice number to track your shipment or to change delivery options on UPS.com. The instructions below detail how to change your delivery options.

Change Your Delivery Options
  1. From the UPS.com homepage, select Tracking.
  2. Enter a UPS InfoNotice number in the Tracking Numbers field. This will take you to the Tracking Summary page.
  3. In the Package Progress section, select the link to Choose Another Delivery Option.
  4. You will have four options to select: Will Call, Delivery to Another Address, Reschedule Delivery, or Return to Sender. Make your selection and choose the Next button.
  5. Regardless of your selection of delivery option, UPS requires additional information to complete delivery. Complete the required details and select Finish.
  6. UPS automatically sends you a Confirmation page that you can print for your records.
