UPS is offering an enhanced Billing Analysis Tool. The enhanced Tool continues to provide a way for you to integrate electronic billing information.
Billing Analysis Tool Version 2.0
The latest version of the Billing Analysis Tool is version 2.0. Enhancements provided in version 2.0 include:
- Leverages SQL Express for improved tool performance
- Supports UPS Billing Data enhancements
UPS Billing Data Enhancements
UPS Billing Data now provides 250 fields of data to provide more information on current and planned service enhancements. To help you review the enhancements to the UPS Billing Data file, a Data Dictionary and Sample Data Files are available. These files are contained within the Billing Analysis Tool 2.0 User Guide zip file available for download below.
Upgrade to the new version of the Billing Analysis Tool
To upgrade to the new version of the Billing Analysis Tool, you should complete the steps listed below prior to downloading the new version:
- Save (archive) all old UPS Billing Data files
- Uninstall the current version of the tool
- Download the new version of the Billing Analysis Tool
- Install the new version, including following the instructions to register the product
- Import archived data files back into the new Billing Analysis Tool
Recommended System Requirements
- Operating System for Billing Analysis Tool Client: Microsoft® Windows® 2000 (SP4) or XP (SP2 or later) or Vista Home Basic and above
- Processor: Pentium III compatible, 1 GHz or greater
- Memory: 512 MB of RAM required; 1 GB recommended
- Hard Disk: Approximately 600 MB of available hard disk space
- Display: Super VGA1024 x 768 or higher-resolution monitor display
- Internet Connection: Internet functionality requires dial-up or broadband Internet access. Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 (SP1) or later
