Cancelling a Collection Request

Follow these steps to cancel a Collection request:
- Select Shipping in the area at the top.
- Select Schedule a Collection in the area at the left.
- Select Collection Status in the area at the left.
- Enter the Collection Request Number for the collection you would like to cancel. This number was displayed when you initially submitted your collection request.
- Verify that the information displayed corresponds to the collection you'd like to cancel.
- Select Cancel Collection at the bottom of the page.
A page will be displayed, confirming your collection has been cancelled.
