For the UPS OnLine Tools HTML tools, are there limits to the size of the header graphic I can pass on to UPS in the variable "non-UPS header"?

The HTML versions of the UPS Tracking and UPS Rates and Service Selection return data to you as formatted Web pages. In this format there is no limit to the size of the header or footer graphics. However, the only restriction we have is on the size of the html link the client provides to display the header graphic. This should not exceed 1024 bytes.
