How can I find the status of my package problem or claim?

To find the status of a claim for a package, follow these steps:

  1. Select Support in the area at the top of the page.
  2. From the Contact UPS area, select E-mail UPS.  If no E-mail UPS option exists, select the Contact UPS link within the Contact UPS area.
  3. If using the E-mail UPS form, complete all of the required fields and select Submit.
