| UPS PaperlessTM Invoice eliminates the need for paper commercial invoices by electronically transmitting your trade data to UPS, streamlining the clearance process for Customs offices across the globe. Paperless Invoice also offers an electronic NAFTA Certificate of Origin for shipments between the United States and Canada, allowing you to take advantage of preferential duty treatment. For each account enrolled in Paperless Invoice, you can easily turn on/off paperless invoice as needed. Both the Paperless Invoice and the electronic NAFTA Certificate of Origin are available for international package and Air Freight shipments. |

To enroll online, you'll need the following:
- A My UPS ID
- A UPS account number
- A digital image of your company letterhead (8in./20.32cm x 1.6in./4cm*)
- A digital image of your signature (0.5in./1.3cm-1in./2.5cm x 3.75in./9.5cm*)
After you log in to your account, you should have all of the items noted above ready for upload. You will also be asked to accept the UPS Paperless Invoice Letter of Agreement. Once your enrollment process is completed, you'll be able to ship with UPS Paperless Invoice within 24 hours. Enrollment may require authentication of your account, in which case, billing invoice details will be requested.
