How can I schedule a collection for my air, international and ground packages?

Select the Shipping tab at the top of the page and then select Schedule a Collection in the area at the left. Enter the requested scheduling information. If you have a regular collection and the time is convenient for collecting this shipment you do not need to schedule a collection online.
