Setting Your Preferences

Setting your preferences saves you time by remembering your most frequently used collection locations. The collection options you select will appear as defaults when you make a collection request so that you don't have to re-enter the information.
Setting your preferences is fast and easy. Here's how:
- Select Shipping in the area at the top.
- Select Schedule a Collection in the area at the left, then select Set Preferences.
- Select the number of days you want displayed in your Collection History.
- Enter your scheduling information, including the time your shipment will be ready, the time your collection location closes, and your UPS Account Number.
- Enter your customer information. This is the location where your shipment will be collected.
- Enter an e-mail address for the contact person at your requested Collection location. This optional information will allow you to electronically communicate information about the shipment.
- Select Submit to save your preferences.
Remember, you can change your preferences at any time.
