UPS TradeAbility Denied Party Screener
Screen for Restricted Trading Parties Using a Single Source
Whether you are an importer or exporter, your company must have the processes in place to quickly identify customers with whom the U.S. government does not allow trade. While these government lists are readily available, they are not easy to find. Determining if you are in compliance with U.S. laws regarding restricted parties can take valuable time and productivity away from your business.

UPS TradeAbilityTM Denied Party Screener allows you to use a single source to search for restricted trading parties by destination country or by party. Screening against comprehensive U.S. government lists makes it easy to check status based on named parties or embargoed countries.

When you are processing an order or preparing a shipment, the Denied Party Screener provides online access to perform quick and efficient searches at any time. You can enhance compliance with applicable laws and regulations, minimising your risk of penalties and fines. It also enables your company to be compliant in a more cost-effective way, reducing your time and effort to check restrictions on specific names or associates, company names and countries.

Users of the Denied Party Screener are charged on a per-transaction basis. The Denied Party Screener is available on UPS.com and through our Web Services technology, enabling you to access TradeAbility functionality through your Web site or other systems to screen for restricted trading parties.
