How long do I have to report a problem with a package?

For Shipments Within the U.S.:
You can report a lost or damaged package online up to five months after the date of expected delivery. If you choose to report a lost or damaged package to UPS Customer Service, you can do so up to nine months from the date of expected delivery. You can report an uncollected C.O.D. either online or to UPS Customer Service up to 45 days from the date of expected delivery.

For All Other Shipments:
You can report a problem up to 60 days from the date of expected delivery.
