Yes, you can customize Billing Analysis Tool reports if Microsoft Access® 2002 or later is installed on the same computer as the Billing Analysis Tool. Those with experience in developing Microsoft Access reports will find the technical documentation useful. Customers should be aware that UPS will no longer provide support after reports have been customised and/or the Billing Analysis Tool has been altered in any way.
