What is Quantum View Data - Alternate Billing?
Quantum View Data - Alternate Billing provides detailed in-transit shipment information about packages that are billed to your UPS account number as freight collect, third-party, or consignee billing.  Quantum View Data - Alternate Billing allows you to download shipment status updates up to hourly. These reports come in three different formats (flat files, CSV, and XML) that can be quickly and easily imported into most systems and software. The service is easy to use and provides valuable information that can help you better manage your business.
