Updated Monday, November 7, 2011 UPS has resumed its pickup and delivery services in eastern Japan. However, service remains suspended for some areas in Fukushima. The UPS Service Guarantee has been reinstated in all UPS service areas, with the exception of parts of Fukushima where service remains suspended. UPS Japan will continue to do its utmost to ensure packages reach their final destinations as rapidly as possible. UPS is monitoring the situation and will provide further updates as necessary.
