Your UPS Billing Data notification e-mail may not have arrived for one of the following reasons:
- The destination e-mail address was unreachable (because of a problem with your server or your mailbox was full, for example).
- The e-mail address in your My UPS Profile is incorrect.
- Your company had no shipping activity during the previous week.
If you do not receive your UPS Billing Data notification e-mail as expected, look to see if a new invoice is available on My UPS.
To see if there a new invoice available:
- Log into My UPS.
- Select Billing in the left navigation menu.
- Select View/Download Package Service Invoices.
- Identify invoices based on Invoice Date, Invoice Number, and/or Amount.
