Checking Collection Status

Follow these simple steps to check the status of your collection request:
- Select Shipping in the area at the top.
- Select Schedule a Collection in the area at the left, then select Collection Status.
- Enter your Collection Request Number and select Submit. This number was displayed when you initially submitted your collection request.
- Select Modify Collection if you need to change any information. You will then see the updated status of your collection request, and all related previously entered information.
- Select Cancel Collection to cancel the original collection request.
